About the role

The Opportunity We're on the lookout for a Talent Development Partner to join our Employee Experience (EX) team in the APAC Region. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the local and global agenda by developing and delivering impactful leadership experiences that drive significant change and scale!

As a key partner for employee and leadership development, you will drive initiatives across APAC, with a focus on deeply understanding organisational challenges to design and deliver solutions that improve leadership and team effectiveness. We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience working with business groups to solve problems. Those with previous HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager experience will be considered highly.

You will drive and support content creation for live and virtual development programs, collaborate closely with our US team, and support key talent and organizational planning. Additionally, you will coach, deliver and facilitate both enterprise and regional-based programs to build effective leaders and teams. Partnering with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition teams, you will grow talent, increase organisational effectiveness, and drive leadership success across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Speak “business”, not “HR”. Deeply understand the business and region to serve as a trusted advisor on organisational change, team effectiveness, and leadership development across APAC.
  • Be a trusted partner. Partner with HR Business Partners to support the regional talent strategy execution.
  • Engage globally. Cultivate positive relationships with global Talent Development, Business Partners, and business leaders by understanding business issues and translating them into people strategies with concrete measurable impact.
  • Be hands-on AND operate strategically. Craft and deliver development initiatives that incorporate a deep understanding of behavioural change and scalable solutions.
  • Build and deliver innovative solutions. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop targeted solutions that align with Adobe’s values and delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual, and live experiences.
  • Drive global processes in region. Support and contribute to the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs, and offerings.
  • Be adaptable. Facilitate virtual, live, or blended enterprise programs to core audiences (managers, directors, individuals). Design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and planning sessions for regional business teams.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Lead the way. Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools, and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness, including behavioural change, talent management, change leadership, and team effectiveness.
  • Experience matters. Ideally, with a background in HR business partnering, you’ll have a minimum of 10 to 15 years in HR and a minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant talent development experience.
  • Demonstrable track record. Impactful talent management and learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment.
  • Depth and breadth. Human capital or leadership development advisory experience with a variety of organizations, teams, or leaders.
  • Build relationships. Ability to establish relationships and partnerships across all levels of a global matrix, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Exemplify Adobe’s values.
  • Commercial savvy. Great at grasping how a business operates, to inform decision making.
  • Versatility working across cultures. Confidence collaborating with teams across Asia Pacific, India, EMEA, and the USA.
