About the role

About the role: Joining the award-winning P&C team, you will proactively partner with the business and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talent who align with our company values and strageies.  Benefits:

How you will add value:

  • Providing support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and the hipages processes to ensure consistency and high-performance levels are maintained.
  • Develop strong relationships with all of your stakeholders to understand their work focus, as well as the culture and personalities of the teams.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 
  • Negotiation of offers of employment, conducting background checks and ensuring a successful on-boarding experience.
  • Attend stand-ups to ensure that stakeholders are kept informed
  • Suggest improvement on our recruitment process to ensure efficiency happens regularly.

  About you:

  • 3+ years of internal talent acquisition or agency experience
  • Experience recruiting a range of positions, at all levels junior through to Senior Management. 
  • Experience working with an ATS (we use Greenhouse) and different technologies for recruitment
  • Superior reputation in candidate experience and a solid track record of successful hires who fit for long-term company success.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, etc

    Create good candidate experiences and relationships by engaging and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment funnel

    Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing

    Source candidates suitable for open roles, screen them, and interview them with hiring managers

    Recruitment Coordination

    Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle
