About the role

The challenge The Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at Adobe’s Enterprise customers to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. You will work with a talented and motivated team, including alumni from top Brands, Consulting firms and leading Digital Agencies. As a Digital Strategy Practice Lead, APAC (Retail & Travel), you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading enablement with the field (Sales, Renewals, SCs, Partner team, Product Marketing) and with our Partners
  • Building and nurturing sales pipeline of digital strategy engagements in APAC for the assigned Industry
  • Overseeing white space modelling to identify new sales opportunities
  • Leading Executive connect with Industry execs, presenting at external events and Adobe’s biggest conferences
  • Managing Digital Strategy Group Strategists

What you need to succeed

  • Relevant experience in the Marketing/Digital industry
  • Expertise in Retail & Travel
  • Experience in creating digital or marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to engage, advise and inspire senior executives
