You zig when everyone else zags, disagree without being disagreeable, and love the rush of starting something new.  **Specifically, Creative Digital Designer not boxed in by job title ** As the Creative Digital Designer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day creation and execution of digital collateral that includes concepting and creating digital content for marketing, advertising, social media, events, and both internal and external communications for AMP Bank external and internal facing collateral. What matters

  • Previous 5+ years experience working in an agency or in-house setting, and experience working for an in-house creative team within financial services desirable
  • Knowledge of digital/screen best practices, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, DoubleClick Studio, W3C compliant coding. techniques including media queries, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
  • Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma is essential
  • Competent understanding of creative and production processes and best practice across social, video and integrated campaigns
  • Experience and understanding in conceptual thinking, how to ideate and create a multi-channel campaign execution
  • Strong experience working across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and experience designing for social channels with experience building HTML banners
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Digital Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent industry experience
