About the role

Job Description Senior Consultant – Valuation Services (Melbourne) Companies require reliable valuations for all manner of reasons including to underpin transactions, resolve shareholder disputes, investment valuations and various tax, accounting, and financial reporting reasons. Our Valuation Services group offers technically sound, commercially focused independent valuations for client needs. Your Opportunity – Senior Consultant / Executive We are expanding our Valuation Services team in the Melbourne market, with opportunities for early career professionals** (Senior Consultant / Executive**) to join our local team. In this role you will:

  • Be involved in and support valuation engagements with clients.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative information on companies, industries, and transactions to identify key performance metrics and value drivers.
  • Consult with our clients regarding business performance, cash flow forecasts and prospects and understanding key valuation drivers.
  • Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
  • Review, build and interpret financial models for businesses or projects.
  • Use traditional and leading-edge valuation methodologies to determine the value of assets, equity, or debt instruments.
  • Extract relevant information to prepare clear and concise valuation reports, detailing the commercial rationale that supports the valuation judgments you have established.
