They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.

As a Social Media Specialist on our Unified Marketing team, you will have a vital role in achieving outstanding outcomes for our business. You will generate interest in MYOB within the market and interact with businesses in Australia and New Zealand during crucial periods to attract or retain them

About the Role - Develop and implement social media content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels - Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and make data-driven improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in messaging - Stay on top of the latest trends and effective strategies in social media marketing - A visual storyteller with a passion for producing high-quality, shareable content that's tailored to both the audience and the platform; - Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft a tone of voice that's both engaging and on-brand; - Working with content creators and influencers to produce specific content that is fit-for-channel and engages with our target audiences.

About You - Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role - Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Detailed communication and copywriting skills - Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively - Proficient in platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest; - Proficient in social media technology platforms including using social listening, reporting and scheduling tools (Sprout Social); - Practical experience amplifying content with paid media to extend reach and engagement - Proficiency in Canva highly desirable
