About the role

About the role The Relationship Manager will manage Flare’s high value customers. You will proactively and strategically engage with customers, which will drive long-term relationships. 

A component of this role is to educate employees about employee benefits, including novated leasing. You will educate employees through a vast array of online and offline tools, such as, but not limited to, webinars, presentations, on-site customer visits, expos, and other employee-facing events. 

As a Relationship Manager, you will meet individual and team targets, and you will aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Your day to day - Working closely with the B2B Sales Team and the Employer, to design and implement a successful go-to-market strategy.  - Managing key accounts, whilst ensuring customer advocacy and growth.  - Working closely with the Relationship Management, Marketing and Product teams, so ensure product adoption and lead generation. This includes, but is not limited to, online and offline employee activities.  - Meeting KPI targets on an ongoing basis. - Ensuring compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation. - Demonstrate team values, whilst maintaining and optimistic view and embracing/seeking feedback. Active participation in team/business meetings and events.  - Sharing process improvement ideas with the relevant internal stakeholders. About you - Experience within Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, SAAS Account Management, Employee Benefits, or consumer finance Sales and/or Relationship/Account Management positions.  - Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.   - Proven strong sales and presentation skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with all types of prospective customers - High level of verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage sales pipelines, high number of lead enquiries - Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to team environment - Competent to use Microsoft suite of products - Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic Sales team environment - Possess a high level of resilience and adaptable to change - Able to work effectively in a busy, fast paced sales environment with a passion for selling
