Day to day, you will work with the team on key features within an distributed architecture, ensuring architectural, testing and coding practices meet the shared standards and patterns. You will foster the culture and collaboration within your team, as well as shaping the work to create opportunities for ownership and growth for engineers in your team. You will be working in the Platform Web and API Gateways team where we are providing Culture Amp engineers with a seamless, secure, and scalable API management, optimising request handling, enhancing product integration within a unified platform, with enabling robust monitoring and ease of use. • Build end-to-end features in collaboration with the engineers on your team
• Build products and services that support internal engineering teams
• Participate in team rituals, cultivating and growing the engineering culture, productivity and quality
