Hiring Criteria We’re interested in people with diverse experience, from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about building a career with DuluxGroup. This means we’re looking for people who have:

  • Completed a degree within the last two years (or due to complete before Feb 2025).
  • An interest in stepping into an accelerated leadership program.
  • A focus on their career and the future, with a passion for gaining diverse work experience.
  • A drive to understand the “why” and “how”
  • Flexibility to move interstate during the program

Work Requirements

  • Full Australian or New Zealand Working rights. We will consider Graduate Visas, but it will need to be valid for a minimum of three years
  • To complete your application, a CV and Academic Transcript will be required.
