We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in a newly created role to work on an exceptional luxury residential home project. About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the construction of a high-end residential project in the Eastern Suburbs valued over $10M, ensuring the successful execution from initial structure to final handover. Your role will involve managing relationships, driving construction teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will also be responsible for overseeing documentation and procurement strategies, and driving the project from inception through design management to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the project's successful execution from inception through design management to completion.
  • Develop and manage project documentation and procurement strategies to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision and expectations are met throughout the project.
  • Drive construction teams to meet timelines and budgetary requirements while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Site Managers to ensure seamless coordination and project progress.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Oversee all trades involved in the project, ensuring their work aligns with the project’s specifications and standards. Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record in managing high-end residential construction projects valued at $10M or more.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, design management, and execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering excellence, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring the highest quality standards.
