About the Role As our new Marketplace Manager, you'll play a key part in extending and enhancing MYOB’s offerings to SME customers by identifying, recruiting, and building strong relationships with Marketplace partners. This role is key in driving our product strategy and crafting a vibrant partner Marketplace that delivers value and champions innovation. You'll ensure that our Marketplace meets the evolving needs of our customers and develop and deliver education to our MYOB team members. 

What will keep you busy...

- Collaborate with product teams to identify and recruit partners that align with and enhance our Product Strategy
- Onboard new MYOB partners, including registration, content management, and integration testing
- Manage the portfolio of Partners, fostering strong relationships and providing ongoing support
- Develop and deliver internal education and awareness plans about the Marketplace to MYOB team members
- Drive awareness of partner solutions through MYOB’s Partner channels and marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on the performance of the Marketplace and our partners, finding opportunities for improvement
- Lead all aspects of change management activities related to Marketplace partners
- Foster a community of practice that promotes the Marketplace and builds valuable relationships

What we'd love to see from you...

- Experience running a complex partner group in a technical landscape
- Proven track record in SaaS, focusing on application marketplace partnerships
- Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating products to partners
- Ability to translate sophisticated problems into simple solutions
- Experience with agile development teams and principles
- Customer engagement experience for product validation
- Strong discernment with technical proficiency and a deep understanding of industry trends
