As the product marketing lead for Flare’s consumer portfolio, you will drive and execute positioning, customer value propositions (CVP), and product marketing programs designed to increase awareness and adoption for our products. An expert communicator and operator with commercial responsibility, you will translate product initiatives into real customer value, and play a key role in bringing Flare consumer products to life across all channels and target markets. How you'll make an impact - Responsibility for commercial and customer targets for consumer products, with a focus on Flare Cars and Flare Benefits - Own and drive market research, competitive analysis and validation strategies, building a deep understanding of market/s and customer needs, and how we may serve them better through our products - Craft, write and own CVP with a focus on key messaging frameworks and strategic narratives - Ensure CVP is regularly reviewed and optimised, in line with market conditions and product roadmap - Develop and execute product marketing programs across full marketing mix, in partnership with channel managers including lifecycle and paid performance - Apply test-and-learn experimentation frameworks to support channel and messaging optimisations at scale - Ownership of product marketing metrics and reporting to contextualise performance and support quarterly planning - Enable sales and leasing teams with compelling product tools to help them position and sell our products and features, and optimise/refresh accordingly What we're looking for - 8+ years in product marketing with core responsibility for commercial outcomes, preferably in B2C SaaS or a high-growth startup environment  - Experience harnessing and interpreting customer and category insights to lead large-scale initiatives to successful outcomes - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market dynamics, customer segmentation, and funnel dynamics to inform actionable programs - Proven ability to drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and optimise key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS and LTV - Highly sophisticated, in-depth understanding of the role of marketing channels and best practices for each, including but not limited to digital, email, ATL, print, radio/audio, BVOD and programmatic  - Significant copywriting experience, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for crafting product messaging that resonates and drives users to take action - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Extensive experience working with external partners and in-house design teams to bring initiatives to life, including a deep understanding of what makes a good brief, how to evaluate creative work and get the best out of external and internal partners - Strong cross-functional/stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience working across multiple levels in complex/matrixed organisations - Experience in B2B2C, financial services or two-sided marketplaces is highly advantageous
