RACV is there for every one of its 2.1 million members providing roadside assistance, emergency home assist, eight resorts in three states, travel discounts and benefits, insurance, finance, member benefits and more. In the community, RACV partners with five selected non-profit organisations annually in arts, environment, health and wellbeing, mobility and safety, and welfare. It provides financial support to each organisation to run specific programs that will benefit Victorians. RACV also provides numerous one-off grants for community projects throughout the state.

About the role

About the Opportunity   Working as part of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our Trades team on campaign planning, media strategy development and owned channel activations. This is an exciting role working in the growth pillar of RACV, interacting with a wide range of stakeholders internally.   The Marketing Consultant Home will engage with media and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and optimised to best-in-class standards.   This could be just the right role for you   Joining a team that drives best practice across marketing programs, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and wants to drive outcomes. Day to day responsibilities include:  

  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing programs, product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional activities and always-on campaigns
  • Lead the implementations of campaigns and activities across owned and paid channels
  • Work with Product Managers to ensure all programs, campaigns and activities are executed accurately, appropriately, on-time and deliver the best possible customer journey experience, while achieving business targets
  • Undertake commercial and performance analysis of marketing activities, both during and post, to identify insights and optimise as required
  • Support tracking and reporting of expenses on a monthly basis to manage budget
  • Support quarterly business planning

What you’ll need to be successful  

  • 3+ years’ experience in campaign management across digital channels including email, search and social
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or other business-related field
  • Experience in consumer marketing, preferably across digital products/platforms
  • Demonstrable experience in campaign planning and execution across paid and owned channels to deliver expected results
  • Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills for data analysis, insights, reporting and budget management
  • Good project management skills and attention to detail
