About The Role

In this newly created Chief of Staff (Finance) role, reporting to our Chief Financial Officer, you will be a strategic partner to the business from a finance perspective. You’ll be involved with market-facing initiatives, commercial reviews, company performance management, and general finance team management responsibilities.

This is an amazing and unique opportunity to collaborate with leading web3 organisations, work across all operating functions in a top technology company, gain full visibility into CFO duties, and develop and drive impactful projects from inception to completion. **You’ll Be Empowered To ** - Leverage Immutable’s substantial balance sheet and leading market position to design and drive strategic initiatives that optimise the performance and efficiency of Immutable's assets - Collaborate with deal teams across the company to ensure they target commercially optimal terms and complete all relevant financial diligence before deal signing - Work closely with product and functional leaders to drive financial performance improvements, ensuring Immutable stays on track to meet its financial goals - Support the CFO in developing team and company-level finance strategies and operating the finance organisation effectively **We'd Love You To Bring ** - 4+ years experience in either management consulting, investment banking or in a strategy/chief of staff role at a technology company - Financial modelling or Quantitative analysis skills (e.g. Maths/Eng background) - Your passion and knowledge about the tech industry. Being able to extrapolate on major themes, key players and interesting data points - Strong problem-solving skills - capable of confidently guiding cross-functional groups through complex and ambiguous strategic initiatives, from concept paper to completion, with minimal guidance - Strong quantitative skills to conduct sophisticated and precise financial analyses that can be presented at the executive and Board levels to inform critical company decisions - Exceptional commercial instincts to frame optimal deal terms, guide negotiations, and identify critical deal risks and mitigations - Effective written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting logically structured proposals in detailed documents and oral presentations - Exceptional emotional intelligence and a positive attitude, capable of leading teams, building trust quickly, and exerting influence effectively
