About the role

About the Role: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager working with our construction and development team.** **This role will lead the preparation, delivery and completion of our wind, solar and BESS projects. This role will oversee our developments and maintain compliance, budgets and obligations.

  • Lead the development of wind, solar and BESS projects through to full operation.
  • Manage all EPC and grid connection contractual obligations and processes.
  • Understand and met investor requirements.
  • Promote and demonstrate achievement of company safety leadership and sustainability objectives, and act as a role model for risk-avoidance behaviours.
  • Manage and report regularly to project owners on project progress, risks, issues, and milestones.
  • Manage the construction budget and forecast the costs to completion.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from construction to asset management upon completion.

Skills & Experience

  • Detailed knowledge of the renewable energy construction process.
  • Understanding and experience in the construction management process.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and experience presenting reports to senior executives.
  • Effective negotiation skills, and experience managing projects with budget and
  • Engineering, science or commercial degree, or equivalent experience.
