About the role

About your new Role In this role you will report directly to the Head of Sales for the Audi brand. This is a permanent leadership position based in Zetland with 3 direct reports.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and own the volume planning process and reporting of short / mid and long-term planning including the management of monthly sales forecast meetings
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly Sales Forecasts
  • Provide relevant support to the Head of Sales and Audi Brand Director in executing retail/sales campaigns, incentive programs and other related initiatives to drive sales
  • Manage and reconcile the Audi tactical budget, campaign proposals and individual support requests as well as undertaking feasibility studies as required
  • Lead reporting/data automation projects and support the sales team in reporting
  • Empower and lead the Sales planning team
  • Manage dealer forward order allocation and co-ordinate ordering process in conjunction with the Sales team
  • Manage market introduction planning of new model launches by working closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Logistics

About you To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Local automotive experience essential
  • Strong experience in an operational sales environment
  • Extensive communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to explain difficult concepts clearly
  • Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with other business units
  • Practical problem solving and strong leadership skills
  • High attention to detail, strong time management and ability to work under pressure with competing tasks and multiple priorities
