About the role

This role aims to champion our brand across the Australian landscape, reflecting our global spirit with a local flair. As a Field Marketing Manager, based in Melbourne, you'll be the face of Red Bull for Victoria & Tasmania, connecting with key influencers in both online and offline forums, to keep our brand front and centre.  

You will create and implement localised marketing initiatives, projects, and events in the four key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) while leveraging On Premise and Off Premise opportunities.  As Field Marketing Manager, you won’t be afraid to dive into the action, happy be out ‘in the field’ to make things happen and leave behind the traditional 'office’ job.  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND RIGHTNESS OF BRAND PRIORITIES
    • Infuse global and national Red Bull priorities, strategies and the Red Bull philosophy in the field focusing on building a local face of our global brand.
    • Leading a team of Field Marketing Specialists, generate and execute innovative ideas that bolster brand perception and educate consumers on product benefits.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure Red Bull's visibility and availability, particularly focusing on university-campus presence and sales initiatives.
    • Craft localised communication strategies that leverage national campaigns and resonate with VIC/TAS audiences at key moments.
  • MARKETING INNOVATION AND PREMIUM EXECUTION
    • Pioneer and implement marketing initiatives that not only reflect the Red Bull brand but also engage networks, influencers, and communities across Victoria and Tasmania.
    • Guarantee a premium brand experience at every touchpoint, with meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution.
    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Victorian and Tasmanian influencers, spanning sports, culture, and digital platforms.
    • Employ Red Bull athlete activations to enhance brand reach and integrate seamlessly with the overall marketing strategy.
  • ORGANISATIONAL CAPABILITIES AND ENABLING STURCTURE
    • Recruit, train, and manage a high-calibre team, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
    • Exemplify Red Bull's values, motivating and inspiring your team with a consistent and professional tone.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Field Marketing to assess and address team development needs, identifying rising stars for future leadership roles.
  • DRIVING EFFIENCIES
    • Implement a streamlined logistical system for managing warehousing and infrastructure.
    • Manage the regional budget with precision, identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiencies.
