About the role
As our new Creator Marketing Specialist, you will help Red Bull to increase brand awareness, product relevance and trust among Content Creators, Influencers & Opinion Leaders with a particular focus on the Active Lifestyle (Fitness) field, as well as supporting in Red Bull's other fields of focus. Through relevant product & brand communication programs, you will identify the right product ambassadors in the Fitness industry, build authentic relationships with them, work on mutually beneficial outcomes and develop unique projects with the main goal of building everyday relevance and overall awareness of Red Bull to their audiences via their channels in an authentic and meaningful way. - IDENTIFYING AND BUILDING KEY CREATOR RELATIONSHIPS
- You will identify and develop relationships with Creators whose organic reach can add value to the business in the Active Lifestyle industry, to support us in building brand and product trust.
- Develop unique and mutually beneficial projects with the main goal of building everyday relevance and overall awareness of Red Bull to Creator channels and their audiences, in an authentic and meaningful way.
- Represent the brand in an authentic manner and take the time to understand what each Creator's interests are - what are their goals and where they want to go while building a genuine connection and relationship.
- CREATOR MARKETING EXECUTION
- Work cross functionally with stakeholders in Sports, Brand & Field Marketing to develop Creator Marketing initiatives across the calendar year, integrating into existing projects as well as developing new concepts in Active Lifestyle.
- Proactively identify ways to present product messages in a sharable way, supporting other functions in the business to do the same.
- Ensure reach of the program is to our key business focuses, primarily to grow organic earned reach within the Active Lifestyle industry and deliver improvements in product understanding and trust.
- INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND BUISNESS OPERATIONS
- Regularly monitor and report on the performance of Creator Marketing initiatives, ensuring key business objectives are being met
- Actively report and present learnings and successes to different business stakeholders, focusing on product trust and ROI.
- Be an active member of project groups to drive strategic & creative thinking towards key business priorities when it comes to building product understanding & trust.
- Accurate budget management & commercial business case development.
