About the role

Objectives and scope of the position

  • Provide innovative and effective digital marketing strategies that will enhance KordaMentha’s brand presence, drive growth, and support the strategic objectives of the firm.
  • Manage the firm’s owned and paid digital channels
  • Be the go-to expert, leverage insights, create reports to better understand channel use and opportunities for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with teams and individuals across our offices to help elevate the power of digital and social channels to engage the market

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, paid search and display advertising.
  • Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
  • Analyse and prepare detailed reports and insights on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights etc, using data-backed points of view, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platforms, implementing best practices and providing strategic recommendations to keep our marketing program current and effective. Share ideas and perspectives across the team.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the firm’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring digital enablement is embedded in the plan.
  • Optimise website content and performance through effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
  • Develop monthly digital content calendars to proactively build and elevate KordaMentha across owned and paid channels to market.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Design team, and other members of the marketing team, to support and deliver projects and activities as required by the business.
  • Work with and support internal and external stakeholders to produce assets aligned with KordaMentha’s brand and messaging strategies.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by writing compelling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Work with Senior members and SMEs across the firm to upskill and build their social media acumen and presence
  • Support the execution and promotion of webinars, virtual events, and other digital initiatives to showcase our people, insights and capabilities.

Qualifications and experience/skills required

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within Professional Services or B2B.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar vocation.
  • Proven experience across digital marketing and analytic tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads, and data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical information into engaging and accessible content.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience in delivering effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to source and interpret data from various sources such as Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Experience effectively managing a large corporate website to deliver a best-in-breed user experience.
