Our focus is on helping our members enjoy the retirement they’ve worked hard for.    **The opportunity – ‘Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life’ **   The Enterprise Accountability Specialist is responsible for conducting various governance and risk management related activities, with a primary focus on the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) Framework.  This position will operationalise and embed the FAR Operating Model across the Enterprise as well as lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the FAR Framework and related policies, and procedures in accordance with the Risk Management Framework and Strategy.    About you   You are in a similar role with demonstrable experience with developing, implementing, and managing governance frameworks and processes, ideally within the financial services industry.  You are well-versed in APRA prudential standards and guidance, the Financial Accountability Regime Act, and the superannuation industry legislative landscape. You have outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and can effectively engage with the Business whilst supporting the implementation of the Financial Accountability Regime Framework.    What’s in it for you?
