Are you a people person who loves variety and can keep pace with a busy team? This role would suit a Business Support Team Coordinator with proven experience providing a range of administrative support services. Based in Sydney / Melbourne, we are looking for a people person who is energetic and looking to join our dynamic and fast-growing team on a 6 month parental leave cover contract. Your Opportunity Forming part of the KPMG Futures innovation division, the Business Support Team Coordinator will play a crucial role by providing administrative support to the KPMG Futures COO, and to the Global AI Program. For the Futures COO (50%) you will:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the KPMG Futures COO, including assisting with monthly reporting, communications and expense management
  • Organise, manage, and run engaging internal and external events such as All Hands Call presentations and end of year celebrations, thinking outside the box to encourage participation and drive engagement
  • Contribute to the team culture of KPMG Futures through organising new starter onboarding and regular good news communications such as project milestones and birthdays
  • Act as the coordinator for training and knowledge sharing across KPMG Futures
  • Provide day-to-day office management of the dedicated office space
  • Ad hoc IT coordination and assistance For the Global AI Program (50%) you will:
  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the Global AI program team, including scheduling global calls across multiple timezones with Global counterparts to drive the AI project
  • Manage travel and logistics for team members for international trips
  • Manage team expenses and invoicing
  • Contribute to the Global AI program team culture (a group within KPMG Futures) through organising good news communications
  • Ad hoc coordination and assistance

  • You are a personable and organised administrator confident working in a professional or corporate services environment.
  • You are a Microsoft Office pro, and are confident using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Confident using technology with the ability and can-do attitude to pick up new systems and processes.
  • This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal skills, energy and attention to detail.
  • You thrive taking care of all the little details that make events exceptional, and know your way around event management booking systems and business development activities
  • You enjoy working in the details, with a proactive attitude towards learning, accuracy and deadlines.
  • Experience in office management and high-level executive support is highly desired.
