About the role

The Role Get ready to bring your vibrant energy and positive vibes to Linktree as our Event & Office Coordinator! This isn't just a job; it's an adventure in making every day at our Melbourne office exciting and efficient. You'll be the heartbeat of our event spaces and the welcoming face of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our environment is always buzzing with positivity. From managing events to maintaining a top-notch office, your role is all about creating awesome experiences for our team and visitors. What You’ll Own Event Management and Enquiries:

  • Be the superstar FOH for Linktree Level 8, our super cool event space, managing and marketing it online.
  • Conduct engaging tours and assist with contract negotiations with our Legal and Finance teams.
  • Provide top-notch event day support, making sure the space is sparkling clean and all AV equipment is ready for action.
  • Keep our food and beverage stocks high and maintain great relationships with vendors.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure every event is a hit and keep our event calendar up to date. Co-Working Space:
  • Keep our office running like a well-oiled machine, with everything from bathrooms to coffee stations in perfect order.
  • Manage office access for team members, guests, and visitors with a smile.
  • Oversee meeting room cleanliness and readiness, manage cleaning schedules, and collaborate with the IT team for a seamless experience.
  • Handle membership enquiries and tours, and assist with contract negotiations, and billing issues with flair.
  • Manage member move-ins/outs and conduct regular check-ins to keep everyone happy. Office Facilities Coordinator:
  • Work closely with our People Experience Team to keep the Melbourne office organised and implement fun People Experience Initiatives.
  • Ensure all utilities are functioning properly and office supplies are perfectly organised.
  • Manage office access, car parking spaces, and meeting room readiness for larger meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with cleaning staff and ensure service schedules are spot on.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to keep desks plug-and-play ready and manage office layout and supplies like a pro. Who We’re Looking For
  • We’re seeking someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude! While no formal education is required, if you’ve thrived in fast-paced, customer-focused environments like coworking spaces, hotels, cafes, or restaurants, you’ll fit right in. Here’s what else we’re looking for:
  • A vibrant, proactive personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with different departments.
  • Attention to detail and a knack for proactive problem-solving.
  • An RSA certificate is a bonus, but not essential.
