About the role
A brilliant opportunity that will allow you to partner with the most senior decision makers across key business areas, helping drive the commercial decisions of this ASX-listed banking leader.
This role is suited to an experienced Senior Manager with people leadership experience and a passion for providing insightful analysis across multiple stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of financial modelling and insights to drive bank decisions
- Detailed peer-group and competitor analysis
- Analysis of banking drivers and key performance metrics
- Deep-dive scenario analysis based on bank performance and macroeconomic drivers
- Ongoing stakeholder management and relationship building
- Ad hoc analysis and insights to drive commercial strategy
Experience:
- Quantitative educational background in a field such as accounting, finance, actuarial, mathematics, or similar
- Strong management / performance reporting experience
- Currently at Senior Manager level and open to a horizontal move with unbeatable progression opportunities
- Deep knowledge of financial analysis across P&L and balance sheet metrics
- Deep understanding of banking and financial services, and relevant performance metrics
- Excellent commercial mindset
- Strong communicator and excellent attention to detail
