Data Entry / Operations Executive - 10 Month Contract

**This role will see you become part of the Inventory Team which is a key unit of the Operations team. **You will be customer service driven to assist and maintain the proposal to contract lifecycle, ensuring each booking adheres to processes internal and external approvals. 

This position is a 10 month fixed term contract with potential for permanency in the future.

This position can be based almost anywhere in Australia Including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and many more!

About The Role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day processing of both new bookings and revisions to ensure we maximise revenue opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the Radio, Digital and Revenue & Yield teams to maximise revenue and availability while ensuring product categories and on-air sound remain unaffected.
  • Maintain client files and up to date market information within Aquira and SalesForce systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor inventory levels across all stations and platforms with both Radio and Digital teams and ensure issues are resolved or escalated.
  • Be actively involved in process evolution and projects to continually improve efficiencies for our greater team, internal customers, and business.
  • Support Aquira and look for constant improvements to assist with sales support adhering to business and auditing processes.
  • Proactively build and maintain connections among key stakeholders with a view to fostering positive, collaborative, transparent and effective working relationships.

  • Preferred but not essential, previous experience in similar role.
  • Must be good with numbers, calculations and be able to understand logic around discounting and pricing.
  • Must have a positive approach and be customer service focused.
  • Exceptional eye for detail within a heavy data entry role.
  • Must have basic Excel capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of stakeholders within the business.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects, working with multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
