The iHeart Product & Consumer Manager leads all iHeart’s paid marketing campaigns across app installs, audio and video advertising. The house marketing channels are yours to experiment and optimize. Our websites and app will be your playground in which to grow and foster audiences. You will implement campaigns that onboard ARN’s radio networks onto digital platforms and put in place strategies to engage and retain audiences across our owned and 3rd party channels. Based in North Sydney, this role puts you amongst a fun and vibrant radio and podcast business where you join a team of passionate creatives who can’t wait to welcome you to the iHeart family.

About The Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base by driving MAUs and limiting churn.
  • Utilize CRM tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized marketing messages at scale
  • Work with ARN’s broadcast brands to encourage digital audio consumption.
  • Support the configuration, admin, and maintenance of our Martech tools & products.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception, optimisation and to completion.
  • Own and lead iHeart’s app install campaigns across UAC & Apple Search Ads. Manage and create the rollout of design assets needed to hero iHeart’s radio and podcast audiences.
  • Work with the broader iHeart Product & Consumer team to collaborate on iHeart’s owned channel marketing across display and audio inventory.
  • Ideate and execute campaigns that align to iHeart KPIs across increases in registrations, app installs, time spent listening and decrease in churn.
  • Assist in the product optimization and management of iHeart’s digital websites and app.
  • Utilize data & analytics metrics to inform key stakeholders on campaign outcomes and product consumption.

About You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Video shooting, editing and knows their way around digital design.
  • Experience managing social media channels for brands
  • A passion for podcasts, music, & audio content
