  • Reports to the Category Manager
  • Provide administration support for your ingredients category
  • Collaborate with product managers, category leads, suppliers, procurement, sales, planning, customer service, shipping and technical teams at Langdon
  • Daily review of new sales orders and escalation to the product manager of any supply gaps, incorrect pricing, unplanned sales
  • Regular review of demand, raising purchase orders and vendor liaison
  • Monitor shipping schedule and escalation of any delays or issues
  • Ensuring accuracy of stock available dates
  • Ensure product invoices match pricing, terms and purchase order
  • Engage with suppliers and other stakeholders to gather documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock allocations, identifying expiring stock
  • Support in contract negotiations and drafting of agreements
  • Ensure supplier contact details are maintained
  • Full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm. Why work at Langdon?

  • Ideally with experience in inventory, customer service or purchasing
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, D365 experience beneficial
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills
  • Confident to prioritise tasks
  • A strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well and contribute to a high performing team
