About the role

You will have experience in:  

  • A minimum of 1 SuccessFactors Certification with a preference of 2 or more.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the certified module/s
  • Interacting and engaging effectively with the different stakeholders and team members to deliver a world class support service
  • Meeting your project deliverables through meeting your individual deadlines and ensuring project scope is maintained

  The following would be an advantage:  

  • A broad understanding of the end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution.
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Public Sector experience, and Australian legislative requirements

  What will your typical day look like?   The SAP/SF SuccessFactors Senior Consultant will work with a team to provide SF expertise to our client. In your day to day you might at any time while working within the scope of your project:  

  • Consult with the client, designing and building solutions to suit business conditions in the area of Human Capital Management
  • Lead or participate in Functional Workshops on SuccessFactors modules across the HCM Suite
  • Initiating design, configuration and set up across relevant modules
  • Provide inputs into the cross-module design

  About the team   Reporting to the Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) Portfolio Offering Lead, this team provides a complete range of specialised services across the world’s foremost Human Resources, Payroll & Workforce Management solutions including industry leaders SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and Kronos and we are recognised by clients and the industry as a leading provider of solutions, services, and support.   Enough about us, let’s talk about you.   You are a Certified Associate in one or a multiple SAP/SuccessFactors module with the following:  

  • Strong functional and/or Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience in gathering assessing and developing requirements from functional business owners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving approach
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience in working across multiple projects at any one time
  • Degree in Computer Science field, Engineering, Business or Human Resources
