This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.    Job Description Reporting into the Head of Commercial Marketing, the Senior Content Manager plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the content strategy for our Commercial business units. With a strategic and data-lead mindset, the Senior Content Manager is responsible for meeting business objectives and staying across the medical industry standards and regulations. The Senior Content Manager leads a team of content creators, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, resonates with our target audience (healthcare professionals), and drives engagement and conversions. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of content marketing principles, to drive initiatives in the following areas: Content Strategy and Creation Leadership, Mentoring and Cross Functional Collaboration Communication and Social Media Strategy Reporting & Regulations Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Safety and Compliance OKR's and KPI's Qualifications You love the opportunity to innovate, have impact and take the urgency and ambiguity in your stride that often come with working for a company on a mission to drive change, and to scale, at a pace. 

In addition to these foundations, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a healthcare content manager role, managing content strategy and teams
  • 8+ years in content marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. B2B essential. Regulated industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO principles (in a gated environment), community management and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and adjust content strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creative flare.
  • Deep understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and drive results.
  • Passion for staying current with industry developments and continuously learning and evolving in the field of content marketing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, committed to producing content designs aligned with brand standards
  • Experience in brand reputation management online
