Reejig is seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial Senior/Lead Product Manager to join our remote team in Sydney. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our founders, align product vision with strategic goals, and ensure our products meet customer needs through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset will help drive our product's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Founders: Work closely with Reejig's founders to understand and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Customer Empathy: Demonstrate a deep understanding and empathy for customer problems, ensuring our products are tailored to meet their needs and create incredible user experiences. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to test and measure the product's performance, continuously iterating and improving based on insights. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams within Reejig, fostering a culture of cooperation and shared success. Innovative Solutions: Work alongside AI and flex workers, integrating cutting-edge technology with our workforce strategy to deliver innovative solutions.
