Job Description

As a Digital Project Manager you will support our Growth Strategy Team with workflow, resourcing and production for digital campaigns across a range of channels. You will support the successful delivery of campaigns and projects ensuring adherence to timelines and project workflows. You will manage the planning and execution of cross functional work that will require support from stakeholders from across the marketing team. An eye for the small details and a highly organised approach will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and execute marketing campaigns, coordinating stakeholders for seamless delivery across a wide range of channels (paid and organic). 
  • Own campaign planning and briefing, ensuring key stakeholders have been included in the process. 
  • Streamline the creation and execution of campaigns, enhancing workflow processes and improving the speed of execution. 
  • Collaborate with the content, creative, performance and CRM teams to produce high-quality collateral for campaigns. 
  • Ensure the campaign timelines are developed and adhered to and key deliverables are being completed on time and to spec.
  • Identify areas for workflow improvement and feed-back to the marketing leadership team. 
  • Support with reporting requirements across all campaigns, working with the data team and key campaign stakeholders to build robust post campaign reports.

  Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of project management best practice
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with team members and cross functional stakeholders. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and conditions, ensuring continued progress toward project goals.
