The Role:

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will conceptualise, produce & feature in bespoke TIkTok & Meta content showcasing our client's products & services. You will also develop & nurture strong relationships with our database of freelance content creators, matching them to aligned brands and video briefs if we are unable to successfully film internally.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Leading the planning, creation, and implementation of branded TikTok video content, both paid and organic, for client partners.
• Featuring daily in video content that will be used across paid & organic channels.
• Editing content on Capcut, Splice, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Organising shoots, including the organisation of external creators and location, with the support of other agency staff.
• Capturing TikTok & Meta content both in-app and on iPhone. 
• Meeting with client partners / brand representatives to discuss and explain our strategy as part of their broader marketing approach. 
• Developing performance reports to share internally and with our client partners to shape future optimisation of content.

About you:

• Someone who loves being on camera! 
• Experience creating engaging video content that ‘stops the scroll’. 
• High proficiency in video editing using Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong organisational & communication skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlines.
• Previous experience creating social media content for brands will be viewed favourably.
