About the role

You’ll be ready to dive in and learn what it takes to reach, acquire and grow customers for a fintech at scale. You’ll be getting hands on from day one in an environment that encourages you to learn by doing; supported at every step by some of the best growth marketers in Australia.   We’re looking for a new team member to join out Lifecycle and Automation squad. We’re less worried about your background and more interested in why you want to get your start in growth marketing with us. Skills can be taught; it’s your attitude and drive to make an impact that will excite us most.

  How you will spend your time

Support the development, execution and performance of customer lifecycle journeys, including:

  • Curate an engaging product lifecycle communication calendar
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the squad to plan and execute impactful campaigns
  • Construct seamless customer journeys using marketing and CRM platforms alongside Growth Managers
  • Enhance customer engagement and conversion rates by constantly optimizing home lending and everyday banking experiences
  • Foster innovation and advocate for innovative features that inspire customer account usage
  • Experiment and ideate with creative mediums and customer journeys to drive growth
  • Champion the customer by defining target audiences and segments for banking and lending products
  • Employ an agile framework to effectively manage acquisition activities
