Overview: As a Programmatic Trader, you will effectively trade all types of programmatic media, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients. This role will also involve upskilling junior team members and staying abreast of market trends and technologies. The Role:

  • Proficient in multiple Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) including DV360
  • Competent in digital ad operations and understanding the best platforms and data mix for driving results.
  • Support and coach junior programmatic traders, ensuring accuracy and quality of work. Act as an escalation point and contribute to team development and efficiency.
  • Assist in training strategy and client leads on programmatic and biddable media. Support in media plan recommendations and response to briefs. Who You Are:
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in programmatic/biddable media planning and buying.
  • Demonstrated expertise in DSPs and digital trading platforms.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with clients, agencies, and media publishers.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and autonomous. Possess empathy, flexibility, and initiative, with a passion for digital marketing and client success. What's in it for You:
