About the role

**Your Organisation **  

With a global footprint, this organisation is experiencing growth and urgently requires an Administration Assistants / Service Administrators to join their team! 

As a leading manufacturing organisation and one of the key players in the Australian market, this role will add immediate value to their team that provides service support to their clients. 

With a supportive and diverse team, this role is busy involves working closely with both internal and external key stakeholders. Due to a backlog of quotes, this temporary project will add immediate value through preparing quotes and processing orders for the team.

Your Role

Reporting into the Service Manager, your role will involve: 

- Following up on information for field managers and technicians  - Quote preparation using SAP  - Processing Orders  - Liaising with suppliers to gain quotes for parts  - Data Entry and updating client files  - Provide team with estimated lead times for materials and parts  - Answering incoming calls  - Fielding emails and responding as required  - General administrative support 

Your Profile

You will have experience working in a fast paced and busy environment and pride yourself on your meticulous attention to detail! You will have experience with processing orders and using large ERP systems previously (SAP will be highly regarded) 

You will work well to deadlines and have the capability to manage multiple priorities at once. You will pick up new processes and software quickly and enjoy adding value with the quality and timeliness of the work that you provide. 

With your excellent communication skills, down to earth nature and proactive attitude, you will build relationships easily and work well with a vast array of key stakeholders. Experience working in the manufacturing sector will also be highly regarded!
