About the role

What this job involves We’re currently seeking a Lease Administration Associate for an exciting opportunity with one of our Clients! This friendly and supportive team is looking for someone to bring their positive attitude strong skills and natural spark to this position. Snapshot of the role:

  • Compile performance monitoring information for the Property Managers and Account Directors
  • Liaising with internal and external contracts
  • Oversee and assist in abstracting new retail leases
  • Perform document management of all new retail leases
  • Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required Sounds like you?  This is what we’re looking for: Your key strength is customer service and you have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or proactively in a close team environment. Hybrid working is offered in this role, with a mixture of working from home and in the office. You will have demonstrated leasing or property administration experience and can understand and interpret commercial contracts and the obligations of both tenants and landlords.
