About the role

Role Purpose

As Executive Assistant to the CEO you will provide organisational, administrative and project support on a day-to-day basis and additional support to members of the Leadership team as required. Maintaining utmost discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times is essential whilst being able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders on behalf of, or as an extension of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and scheduling the CEO’s daily appointments including but not limited to diary management, coordinating meetings, preparing the CEO for meetings, preparation of agendas and documentation.
  • Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO including emails, documentation, reports and PR & Social Media support.
  • Assists the CEO by reading, researching, and managing correspondence.
  • Working collaboratively with the CEO & General Manager for Sales to effectively manage business priorities, projects, and sales initiatives.
  • Identify value add and streamlining opportunities to improve internal business communication, processes, and procedures.
  • Assisting departments with various business initiatives such as the opening of new offices and / or site visits.
  • Maintains utmost professionalism and confidentiality with regards to personal, professional, commercial information at all times.
  • Provide the highest standard of customer service and maintain professional presentation.
  • Provide exceptional service to all encounters, from our employees to management, stakeholders, shareholders, and clients of our organisation.
  • Ensure that communication is of a professional manner, efficient and clear.
  • Other ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

  • A current Real Estate Certificate is desirable and a clean driver’s license - Access to a car is essential.
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience required.
  • A blend of corporate EA work and experience in Real Estate is preferred.
  • Full working right in Australia.
