About the role
Skillset
- Familiar with banking, preferably Institutional Banking so they understand our product suite and customers
- Working well with stakeholders across the bank to help understand how third parties are used within the business
- Well versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint (will need to be able to do pivot table analysis, presentations, etc.)
- Familiar with understanding and implementing policy, frameworks and standards in to the business
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail and good stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining CIB Third Party listing, including identifying new third parties, reviewing existing third parties and ensuring an appropriate service manager is appointed to each third party.
- Working alongside the business and risk representatives in understanding our third party universe and assist (where required) in completing appropriate analysis for third party remediation into Archer or Coupa
