The ideal candidate will…
Pre-sales customer support
Collaborate with solutions and sales team as part of the pre-sales discovery process where required as a technical Subject Matter Expert
Activation & onboarding
Ensure activation API and data solutions are successfully delivered
Provide support and advice through the test phase of our solution delivery
Provide customer training and implementation support as required
Post-sales support
Provide technical post-sales support (Level II) for our customers, working closely with internal
Domain product/tech/data teams to resolve as required
Track and report on customer technical issues
Stay informed about product changes or issues and ensure timely communication to the sales team and customers
Drive accountability for commercial and customer service KPI’s
Maintain technical and support materials for customer and internal purposes
Seek continuous improvement opportunities to improve our processes and workflows for external and internal customers
Special projects
You’ll often be involved in special projects, for example: automation of recurring data extracts, streamlining API usage tracking
