We are looking for a Video Content Producer to create social content that ultimately drives quality users to the Driva product(s). You will know what they want to hear, how they want to hear it, and when they want to hear it. You will also be the face of the Driva brand in Australia on socials, producing, editing and appearing in a variety of video content. The social channels for Driva are in their infancy and you will have the opportunity to build and establish the brand presence from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance creative, (a mix of short form video and statics) to be used in paid channels.
• Drive audience and customer growth in Driva’s Tiktok and Instagram channels, as well as driving leads towards our personal loan and vehicle loan products
• Build a daily organic content schedule
• Packaging, posting and measuring success of content and using that knowledge to continually improve and target wider audiences
• Own the end to end process from ideation, filming, editing and posting of content to relevant channels
• Scale the function over time, building a high-velocity creative engine which can output creative to service both paid and organic social.

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years working in a similar environment
• Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
• Experience producing social content, viral trending content and social video
• Understanding of online culture and what makes content shareable
• Experience being on camera, even if it’s in your own TikTok videos
• Voice over, filming and video editing skills - preferably experience with professional video editing software e.g. final cut, adobe premiere
• Experience editing images in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop etc
