About the role

The Partner Distribution team works closely with our partner channels (Brokers, Accountants, Vendors and other Advisors) to help thousands of small to medium sized business owners find the perfect finance solution for their business’. This role will see you maintaining relationships within a portfolio of accredited partners to drive profitable volume and position Valiant as the trusted partner for all business and commercial solutions.

The Account Manager position is a key role within our team where you will engage and maintain relationships with our partners. Working alongside BDMs to help convert partners from unhealthy to healthy users, you will assist with activating their accounts by working through their first few transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound and inbound calls to partners that have been identified.
  • Conveying Valiant's value proposition and service over the phone to partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities out of our partners.
  • Guide partners through the application process.
  • Setting up BDMs with potential meetings to explore other opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining internal and external relationships with Product Specialists, Partner Support, Business Development Managers, Partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Contributing regularly to the development of new and improved processes within the team to create a world class customer experience.
  • Providing feedback to Valiant HQ on how we can develop and iterate our process and service.
