About the role

As we continue to expand our Australian footprint, we’re looking for a black-belt Customer Success Exec to join our team and help continue the growth of Linkby’s core CPC marketplace product as well as our recently launched CPM product, Pubfeed.

Working closely alongside our Senior Customer Success Manager, the ideal candidate will be comfortable building deep relationships with their clients, constantly looking for new opportunities for their clients and be excited by the prospect of growing client spend via thorough elite account management.

Job Description:

  • Nurture & grow existing Linkby clients through sophisticated account management.
  • Manage and grow individual revenue MoM and YoY in guidance with monthly & yearly targets.
  • Manage your own patch of existing clients passed on from the partnerships team.
  • Work closely with your clients to prevent them from churning & promote retention
  • Help scale the Australian market in accordance with agreed-upon targets with your Country Lead & Head of Global Sales.
  • Support the publishing team in ensuring our key publishers are set up for success - namely supplying lots of quality campaigns to choose from.
  • Driving revenue from Australian brands into our UK, US, Canadian and Singaporean markets.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Partnerships/Sales/Customer Success/Account Management experience
  • Experience Selling Digital Marketing, Publishing and Adtech products/solutions
  • Affable personality energised by interactions internally with the team, and externally with clients.
  • Inherently motivated to drive results for your clients
  • Proficient written & verbal communication skills - Everything from leading written cold email outreach to closing deals on video calls or in-person.
  • Enjoy & thrive in a fast-paced environment - especially working remotely.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $60-70k Base Salary (depending on experience)
  • $20,000 Variable Commission Based On KPIs Paid Quarterly
