Sales Representative

The main purpose of the Sales Representative will be to engage new clients and network with different stakeholders to coordinate business growth. This role will be actively involved in connecting the organisation to new clients and finding opportunities to generate new leads for the company.

About the role

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Acting as the main point of contact for external stakeholders for events, including building and maintaining these relationships
  • Planning, organising and attending marketing events/expos and preparing relevant advertising methods
  • Conducting analysis of events including engagement, attendance and outcome levels
  • Communicate and build relationships with potential clients on a one-to-one basis to generate leads
  • Focus on B2C and B2B partnerships and communication
  • Network, meet and secure arrangements with external stakeholders, including but not limited to SSPs, hospitals, Plan Managers and Support Coordinators.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, to support the Company in maintaining its competitive edge
  • Meeting monthly targets/ KPIs
  • Creating weekly, monthly and annual reports on marketing insights and progress; and presenting them to management
  • Regularly suggest solutions to the Management Team to increase lead generatrion.
  • Developing and sustaining relationships with various stakeholders through effective networking strategies
  • Conducting cold calls to potential clients
  • Other ad-hoc admin tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field

Experience

  • Previous sales/marketing experience exceeding 12 months is desired

Knowledge

  • Existing knowledge (desired) or willingness to learn about NDIS and the relevant field. Strong passion for mental health and disability.
  • Knowledge / experience in building networking relations

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour

    Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
