Domain is looking to hire a Business Analyst focused on Integration and Order Management to join the Enterprise Platform team at Domain Group. The Business Analyst would identify, analyse and document business processes, systems, services, and other functional requirements to facilitate ongoing business improvements in alignment with the Enterprise Platform strategies. This role primarily focuses on internal enterprise technologies that our commercial and financial teams use to support the sales lifecycle.

This will see you:

• Gather requirements and translate them into business knowledge and system details.
• Undertake qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and assist with determining business priorities.
• Analyse existing Integration and Order Orchestration systems and processes to ensure strategic objectives are met.
• Grow a deep understanding of our standard sales processes and cycles.
• Drive improvements, refinement, and automation of the sales process and help to lift the knowledge and capabilities across the team.
• Provide advice about the feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions to optimise business performance and achieve business outcomes.
• Draw detailed process flow and data flow diagrams.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an understanding of system integrations and APIs.
• Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence outcomes.
• Work with key stakeholders to define business requirements and trends to enable data driven and informed business decisions.
• Provide plain language advice on technical issues to non-technical audiences coupled with strong written and oral communication skills.
• (Ideally) Have prior experience of projects that involve business process reengineering or system migration.
