About the role
Hatch is looking for an exceptional product marketing leader to drive the adoption of our AI-powered jobs platform among hiring managers and talent teams. You will use data and customer research to enhance our go-to-market motion and craft compelling narratives across our key surface areas: our website, sales materials, social campaigns, customer stories, etc), highlighting the power of our AI-powered job matching technology.
This role demands a talent for translating innovative and delightful product features into clear value propositions and use cases that resonate with customers. The ideal candidate is a talented first-principles problem solver with a commercial mind, passionate about understanding customer needs, comfortable digging into technical details, and gifted in storytelling and communicating value (especially to B2B audiences).
