About the role

Hatch is looking for a self-starting, technical and strategic Growth Lead to supercharge the growth trajectory of our AI-powered jobs platform. We have already established a powerful and repeatable paid acquisition engine, but need an expert in PLG experimentation, organic growth channels and/or user re-engagement to hyper-scale our revenue curve and lower our CAC over time.

This role will be responsible for driving user acquisition, PLG loops, re-engagement, and retention via rigorous data-driven experimentation and marketing channels. The ideal candidate comes from a growth background (either growth PM, GM of PLG product or SEO/Paid specialist with exposure to broader growth strategies). Experience with lifecycle/re-engagement strategies or marketplace growth is a bonus.
