About the role

The Airline Email Marketing team is responsible for all email marketing communications that relate to flying with the Qantas Airline, including Qantas Loyalty and other business verticals.

Our Qantas Campus is located in Mascot and you will be supporting the Airline Email Marketing team with building and executing email campaigns, from strategic/tactical airline offers, sale events, tourism partnerships, travel inspiration content to the Qantas Business Rewards loyalty program. You will work closely with Airline Marketing, Analytics and Audience, Marketing Design and the Marketing Operations teams to deliver best in class email communications.

What you'll be responsible for

  • 📧

    Manage the email build & content

    Includes building and executing emails campaigns across various CMS platforms, asset management, timeline management and post-campaign reporting. You'll also provide overall campaign support for the Marketing Manager(s).

  • 📝

    Marketing administrative assistance

    Managing email marketing calendars to ensure alignment with overall marketing activities and maintaining briefing and process documentation.

  • 🤝

    Stakeholder Engagement

    Support and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of email campaigns.

    Strong attention to detail

    You'll spot anything that needs improving or changing so the end results is the best it can be! Every task must be completed accurately and according to content briefs and timelines to make sure the campaigns run smoothly.

    Good verbal and written communication skills

    You're able to write and speak clearly to people across the business and get your message and ideas through effectively. You're also able clearly understand the campaign requirements from your manager and stakeholders.

    You work well within your team and with your cross-functional stakeholders by being open, communicating clearly and listening to each other to achieve specific goals or outcomes.
