What you'll be responsible for

Leading of UX and UI Design
Lead the design of product features underpinned by UX and UI Design principles to create desired user-centred experiences

UI/UX Design and Prototyping (Product)
1. Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for pixel-perfect UIs aligned with brand guidelines. 2. Create user flows, site maps, and design systems for Fabra’s 3D tool, ensuring smooth dev handoffs.

User Research
Conduct user interviews, workshops, and usability tests to gather insights. Analyze data, create personas, and map user journeys. Research competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
Skills you'll need

Technical Expertise
5+ years of UI/UX experience with a portfolio of digital work. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro. Strong grasp of user-centered design, turning insights into actionable solutions.

Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively
