About the role
The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy for The Commons.
This role oversees brand development, digital marketing, content strategy, social media,
and campaign execution to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
The Head of Marketing will work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and innovation in all marketing efforts. This position is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, executional excellence, strong people management skills and a passion for brand storytelling. The Head of Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping The Commons’ brand and driving its next phase of growth.

Key Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in hospitality, co-working, wellness or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, ideally incorporating experience launching new products, services and brands to market
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading diverse teams
- Deep understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and content strategy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
- Ability to stay abreast of digital trends
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems
