- You will be working closely with our local Own brand team, GFG sourcing office, as well as the wider Commercial, Operations, Customer and Finance teams to support compliance with mandatory reporting requirements through administrative support of our factory audit and governance programs, and facilitating the broader sustainability reporting framework including emissions reporting
- Using your excellent analytical capabilities and communication skills you will be synthesising complex data (both qualitative and quantitative) to a broad range of audiences, complemented by advanced excel capabilities and experience working with Tableau, Superset or other data visualisation tools
- You will also be supporting the delivery of other sustainability projects and the development of sustainability communications materials across the business as required
- All while working collaboratively in a small but highly functioning team
About you…
- You are proactive, not reactive: not merely identifying issues, but proposing solutions. You challenge results, identify opportunities for future improvement and suggest appropriate actions/mitigations, regularly thinking outside the box.
- Your time and project management skills are excellent, with proven ability to multitask and problem solve autonomously in a calm and professional manner, even when things don’t go to plan.
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills, with an ability to win the trust and respect of stakeholders. You lead conversations: influencing, building relationships, and communication are skills you pride yourself on.
- You are also a fantastic communicator who is able to adjust seamlessly from a conversation with management, to your colleagues and to external partners. You back yourself and have the confidence and presentation skills to lead in any situation being both clear and concise.
- You have enthusiasm with a ‘can-do’ approach to tasks, briefs or problems, no matter how big or small. Your enthusiasm is contagious, not annoying.
- Your moral values are strong, and you are the type of person who cannot ignore when something feels wrong. You always do the right thing!
