Black Nova is representing one of our portfolio companies in the Martech industry. They're on a mission to empower anyone to market their offering to the right audience. They're building AI-powered engines to turn brand's existing assets into high-converting landing pages and marketing communications.
How You can make an Impact
They’re at a crucial part of their journey and are looking for a Customer Project Manager. Someone who can own the customer process and deliver world class marketing results for their clients as they scale to Series A and beyond.
They currently sell to Marketing Agencies. If you’ve worked in Marketing Agencies, or a Marketing SaaS product, you’ll have seen the problem they’re trying to solve.
Short-term, you will start working with customers at the Presales stage of sales, building product advocacy and knowledge with them. Once they’re ready to go live, you’ll then run a high-quality, collaborative onboarding and delivery process for their clients ensuring they have a great experience and get the most out of their marketing Co-pilot.
Longer term, you can grow with the role. If you have aspirations of building and leading a team, this role would naturally progress into a Lead position. They’re ambitious and if you like the idea of playing a key role in bringing structure to their growth, this could be a great fit.
Skills and Experience You’ll Bring
- Experience in Customer Success or Project Management roles
- Ideally you’ll have experience in a Marketing Agency delivering landing pages, SEO and SEM projects
- Or you may come from a Marketing SaaS product
- Strong end-to-end Customer Process. You take pride in building long-term, collaborative relationships
- Lateral thinking; you enjoy solving problems for customers, getting the most out of the product
- Startup mindset: If you’re expecting a perfectly created and documented process to be there already, this isn't for you. We need you to help us build them.
- Growth mindset. As we grow, you can build and lead a team (you don’t have to though)
- Collaborative: we’re a small team currently and need to all work together to achieve our vision
- A passion or interest in A.I. would be great too!
